Polypack engineers aerosol can shrink wrappers that keep lightweight and unstable containers stable through collation, wrap, seal and shrink. Polypack's bucket-style and pick-and-place shrink bundling systems support high-speed aerosol multipacks up to 240 cans per minute, with safety-focused tunnel airflow and hot-air evacuation when needed. Optional modules include robotic case packing into RSC cases and label orientation for consistent code positioning and shelf-ready multipacks.

Polypack holds a patent on picking up products and placing them directly onto the shrink film for wrapping, where it remains for the entire shrink wrap process. With no pushers, dead plates or belt-to-belt transfers - your product remains stable throughout the entire collate, wrap, seal & shrink process! The Polypack ILB system is a one-time transfer solution, making it ideal for odd-shaped or unstable containers.

Polypack's machines can be seamlessly integrated with a case loading system. Products are efficiently collated and robotically top-loaded into RSCs in various configurations.
Printed Film Shrink Bundler
Polypack’s Clearprint shrink bundler produces high-quality retail packs using registered printed film. Ideal for club packs and retail multipacks, the Clearprint system maintains precise film alignment for strong seals and clean graphics that enhance shelf appeal.

Polypack manufactures high speed sleeve wrappers that can wrap small diameter products at speeds up to 240 bundles per minute. These machines feature a compact design with a footprint of just 10 feet, ensuring they occupy minimal space. They are hightly adaptable, with only a simple guide adjustment between sizes, you are able to run almost every can size - down to 35mm - without the need for any change parts. These machines come with integrated film splicing, and are all servo driven - with no air required.
